Why the name Reflections?
Your home should "reflect" your personality. We search for truly unique furniture and decorative accessories so your home will be warm and inviting for your family and friends – not just like your neighbors'!

Can I really achieve a beautiful home if I'm on a budget?
Absolutely! At Reflections, our friendly, helpful staff will be glad to help you achieve just the right look for your home- and because we offer so many manufacturers, we can work with any budget.

Are items that I see in your showroom available for me to take home today?
Any beautiful furniture or decorative accent piece in stock may be purchased and picked up the same day or scheduled for delivery.

Do you place catalog special orders?
At Reflections, we want you to find the perfect style and fabric for your home. As we have limited showroom space, special orders are always welcome! We have thousands of fabrics and many finishes for you to choose from. Our sales associates will be more than happy in assisting you in finding just the right color or style. Just because you don't see it on our floor, doesn't mean we don't offer it! We have many catalogs that we want you to feel free to pull up a chair and look through to find that special piece. Typically, special orders are delivered to us within 6-10 weeks.

Do you offer lay-a-way or financing?
Any item (any size, any price) in our showroom may be placed on lay-a-way. We ask for 1/3 of the balance to be paid down with two equal payments being made within 30 and 60 days, respectively. We also offer great financing options. Please call us for details!

I'm just not sure what to look for! Is there someone to help me get started?
Decorating your home should be fun! We love to hear about your home and its uniqueness. Bring us photos or plans, and we'll take away the worries of decision-making. For more detailed questions, we suggest making an in-store appointment.

Do you have anyone that can come to my home and measure or offer suggestions?
We know that you may need assistance for larger projects, so any of our sales associates can make an appointment for an in-depth store consultation or we can connect you to a certified interior designer for an in-home visit. Whether you need one sofa or a whole room, your home designed or decorated, we're here to assist you!

How often does your showroom selection change?
Because we offer our in-stock items for sale off of the showroom floor, our merchandise selection changes daily! We shop many national markets throughout the year searching for the latest design trends, therefore we have new merchandise arriving every week. Our room and accessory displays in our showroom are full of design ideas for you to “steal” – we love to inspire your creativity!

Will I have to deal with a large “corporate office” when I make a purchase?
Reflections Home Furnishings is a local, family-owned business, dedicated to offering beautiful home décor – the best value, quality, and price! Life is too short to be stressed – we want to make your shopping experience fun and relaxed! You won’t find a friendlier or more helpful sales staff anywhere else, and we strive to make our customer service personal and efficient.

What are your store hours?
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed


Do you offer delivery?
We will gladly deliver your purchase! We take great care with any items delivered from our showroom or warehouse. Our deliveries are made throughout the week and on Saturdays; however, they are routed to make the best possible delivery schedule. Our warehouse supervisor will contact you after your purchase to set up the specifics about your delivery. We take all deliveries on a first-come, first-serve basis, so your delivery may take up to several days to be completed.
